Yesterday was a long day to say the least. A four hour drive to New Jersey followed by three hours of training...then the four hour drive back home.
There was no way that I was going to spend that amount of time away from home without jumping into the Atlantic Ocean!
When you make a decision to do something like that, you've got to commit. You've got to take the plunge. Whether it's something as simple as jumping in the cold ocean, or cleaning your office, commit. Commit to the little, the simple, things and you'll find that your ability to execute with "the majors" grows exponentially.
