Alright, I’m 14 hours into this thing which, for me, isn’t a big deal at all. I guess the only thing different is that this time around, I’m recording a lot of stats. I’m always surprised at how much weight we lose at night.
After overendulging a bit yesterday, I was able to get a blood glucose reasing this morning. So far, since I’m so early in, there’s not really much to report. Now, after I do my kettlebell training this morning, and martial arts training in the afternoon…I’ll be excited to see what, if any, noticeable changes there are this evening.
